Covata Bunicii din Bogata is a brand of artisanal pasta inspired by traditional Transylvanian cuisine.

We prepare pasta in small batches, using carefully selected ingredients: high-quality flour and fresh eggs from local producers. We use bronze molds, which give the pasta its authentic texture and true flavor.
